By contributing content to Zeerba.com, you affirm that your submissions adhere to all applicable laws and do not infringe upon the rights of third parties, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or personality rights. Zeerba will enforce its DMCA policy, which may result in the closure of your account if your content repeatedly violates copyright regulations.
Please ensure the legality of your designs before submission. If you have any uncertainties, seek permission from relevant rights holders.
We refrain from printing the following:
- Unofficial merchandise
- Names, logos, images, or other intellectual property associated with musical groups or artists
- Names, logos, images, or other intellectual property linked to sports teams, educational institutions, clubs, or organizations, such as the Boston Red Sox, Girl Scouts of America, or Princeton University
- Characters, images, actors, and likenesses from cartoon networks, comic books, video games, movies, and television series
- Trademarks, names, or logos of companies. For example, the use of "Coca-Cola," "Coke," or their associated artwork is prohibited
- Additionally, we do not print photos, caricatures, or other artwork featuring celebrities without explicit authorization. Merely capturing an image of a celebrity does not grant the right to use said image on merchandise, even if digitally altered. Personal rights persist even after an individual's passing.
Discovery of Illegal Content
Content suspected of infringing upon the law, including but not limited to defamation or copyright violations, will be promptly removed from our platform and will not be produced. Should your content be removed erroneously, please contact legal@zeerba.net with evidence of ownership or a valid statement affirming its legality.
If you suspect any content of being unlawful, please report it to legal@zeerba.net. Rest assured, your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy statement. It's important to note that the availability of similar fan art or parody works on our platform is assessed on a case-by-case basis, as some may be licensed or exempt from legal concerns, while others may be removed due to legal complaints.
