Return and Refund Policy

This section pertains to individuals who create an Account on Zeerba.net or make a purchase of a Design, acting as a 'consumer' according to Consumer Laws.

1. With the exception noted below, you reserve the right to revoke your purchase of a Design license or your Membership and receive a complete refund of the Price, without providing any justification, within 14 days after accepting these Terms (Cooling-off Period). It's important to note that once you've accepted these Terms if you access your Membership or request access to Design licenses (for example, by downloading a Design) during the Cooling-off Period, it will be considered a direct request by you for us to provide the Services, and you forfeit your right to cancel.
2. Instances where you cannot change your mind: You do not retain the right to change your mind and cancel your Membership or order during the Cooling-off Period if you explicitly request to download a Design within this period.
3. Notifying us of your intention to cancel these Terms: Should you wish to cancel or terminate these Terms as outlined in this section 6, please reach out to us using the contact information provided at the commencement of these Terms or by utilizing the Model Cancellation Form found in Attachment 1 to these Terms.
4. Timing of refund issuance: Any refunds owed to you will be processed promptly. If you are exercising your right to change your mind in accordance with this section, your refund will be issued within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to revoke.
