You are prohibited from doing the following without our explicit written consent:

• Replicating, either wholly or partially, any of Our Intellectual Property.
• Sharing, distributing, selling, or otherwise making available any of Our Intellectual Property to third parties.
• Violating any intellectual property rights associated with the Site, including altering or modifying any of Our Intellectual Property; embedding any of Our Intellectual Property into another website; or creating derivative works based on any of Our Intellectual Property.

However, this does not limit your ability to share Our Intellectual Property (excluding AI-generated Art) on your social media profiles or blogs, provided that:

• You do not claim ownership of Our Intellectual Property.
• You do not imply endorsement or approval by us unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• You do not engage in actions that could harm our reputation or exploit it in any illegal, unfair, misleading, or deceptive manner.
• You adhere to all other terms outlined in these Terms.
