Since every piece of jewelry is made to order with great attention to detail, it takes approximately 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase to create your custom ring. Shipping will take an additional 5-8 days. If you require a rush order, please contact us prior to placing your order.

????RING SIZE
All of our rings are made using US standard sizes. You may order the ring based on your previous ring size, or you may visit your local jeweler to have your finger measured to determine your correct ring size. Please contact us for ring size details before placing your order.

????RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return the ring and receive a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship it back within 21 days. If the ring is returned without quality issues, a restocking fee of $100 USD (per ring) will be charged. Customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees associated with the return.

Please note that customized rings, engraved rings, eternity bands, and special rings (ring size smaller than 3US or larger than 9US) cannot be returned.
